2.6 Out Of 5 Stars (7 Customer Reviews)
Reviews for Essential EZ Portable Inflatable Bed - Queen - Frontgate I loved their concept of mattress body with the air mattress.
After 3 weeks, the air started to leak. I concept it used to be a producing defect so I exchanged it to a model new one. The customer support used to be very urged and I liked that they pick up the phone except 2AM.
Unfortunately, the 2d bed started to leak unhealthyly again after about 2 weeks. The seam simply opened. Both times, the mattress used to be all the time duveted with thick mattress duvet and a mattress sheet. I do not have any pets. I most effective weigh a hundred and twenty pounds. The bed was gently used for lower than 1 month each occasions.
After this, I just decided I could not take any more chances and returned the mattress as an alternative of replacing it. Again, the client service was very good and advised. They had been quick sending return label and refunded soon after I despatched it again. I felt unhealthy returning it, however, soon after I back it, I offered an Aero Bed brand air mattress (which used to be $100 dearer than this mattress from Frontgate), I soon noticed that the quality of the mattress (vinyl?) used to be very totally different. Aero Bed (Raised Mattress Pillowtop) looks extra sturdy and the vinyl bathroom toiletks thicker.
As a lot as I needed to maintain the Essential EZ mattress from Frontgate, the high quality was low (the body section is just right, the mattress section) it simply begins to leak somewhere too soon. It's simply bad whilst you understand the bed is leaking in the direction of evening and you will have got nowhere else to sleep!
Again, I appreciated the body thought, but I want they'd carry their price and use better high quality subject matter. Also, I had an conceptl expertise with their customer support so I would possibly are trying their other merchandise.
Reviews for Essential EZ Portable Inflatable Bed - Queen - Frontgate So, as a school student, I figured this may just be -great- given I transfer nearly once a year. Well, rather less than a year goes through and one of the tethers within the mattress goes. There was once a small bulge, now nothing to fret about. I put it away for the summer time and are available back three months later. I blow it up, the entire lot appears advantageous. Then I get up at threeam with my again against the toughens.

Long story quick, considering I've owned the bed, I've had to patch the mattress 10+ times with pool vinyl restore (the patches they offer you do not really work), and now nearly half of the bed is a lump for the motive that the entire little tethers (the things that create the dimples in air mattresses by protecting the perimeters together) keep coming unglued. Quality was now not their first problem.

I had by no means handed the four hundred lb. limit, nor had anyone leaping onto or on my bed. Complaining to Frontgate, they apologized that it used to be out of warrantee and that there used to be nothing they may do for me. (Nope, not even replacement sections available)

Maybe this is simply an remoted incident, however I'm out $300 (with the froth pad) and now a mattress too.
Reviews for Essential EZ Portable Inflatable Bed - Queen - Frontgate I consider the previous reviewer. I too sold the queen-size EZ Bed from Frontgate. I like that the mattress is up off the ground. It can also be nice that the mattress has two air chambers, one for each and every individual in the queen-size. However, a few year after it was bought, the bed began to loose air on one aspect. At first the leak used to be slow; however, now the bed is unusable. Since the bed is expensive ($200 for bed plus $100 for sheet set), it is irritating that the bed did not last longer. Additionly, for this sort of air mattress bed you truly want to buy a thick foam pad to cover the cold rubber. I bought a foam pad at Bed Bath & Beyond for a so much cheaper worth than that quoted on the Frontgate site. I emailed Frontgate telling them that I was disenchanted with the bed, but I by no means heard again from them.
